Login Failure Reasons
Reasons why the account cannot be logged in, Check to understand the situation.

How to Sign Out
1.Check the network status and whether the account password is entered correctly.

Click on your icon. In the "My Profile" page that appears, click the "Log Out" button in the page right corner.
Forgot Password
Click "Forgot Password" to set a new password for your account using your bound mobile phone number.
Reset Password
To reset your password, go to your in-game profile and click "Reset Password." Input your phone number and your new password.
OTP Not Received
Please make sure that the mobile number you entered is correct and that your mobile phone has good signal. If you reached the OTP request limit, you can try again after 1 hour.
Account & KYC Issues
PAN Invalid: Already bound to another account. Each PAN can be used only once.
Aadhaar Removal: Cannot be removed for security; ensure the name matches account holder.
Bank Account Issues: Account may have violated platform rules.
Phone Number Issues: Linked to an account violating rules; login restricted.
Device Issues: Device has violated rules and is blocked.

Registration Limit: Each device can create only a limited number of accounts.
Account at Risk: Flagged due to abnormal activities; restricted.
Temporary Login Restriction: Violated risk control rules; try again later.
Registration Bonus Discrepancy: Multiple account creation detected; bonus adjusted.
